Rocket was born on the Day of the Dragon, during the Week of the Dragon, in the Month of the Dragon, this year – which is the Year of the Dragon. In certain Asian cultures (which Rocket is, although you can’t really tell) he is a very lucky boy! Is that why he is a dragon on Halloween? Nope, Top Girl has just always loved Dragons!
