JUST BOUGHT YOUR NANO CANNING TO GO WITH MY NEW LIFE ON OUR 20 ACRE RANCH WE ARE CLOSING ESCROW ON SOON! THIS IS GREAT BECAUSE MY HUSBAND LOVES MARMALADE AND I HATE IT. THE FIRST TIME I EVER CANNED I MANAGED TO CAN UP STRAWBERRY JAM AND BLACKBERRY JAM WHILE LIVING IN A 28 FOOT CAMP TRAILER WITH TWIN 3 YEAR OLDS IT ALL TURNED OUT AMAZING AND I REALLY DIDNT HAVE CANNING EQUIPMENT. IM EXCITED TO TRY SOME MORE WITHOUT SPENDING THE NIGHT IN THE KITCHEN.

    • I’m so glad! Wow, very impressive on making jam in a camp trailer with twins no less!! So you are going from 28 feet to 20 acres? What an forturnate adjustment!! I hope you like the book and I’m telling you, I love Nano-canning. It doesn’t take the whole darn day anymore so I’ve gotten back to enjoying the entire process again. I’m working on the specialty jam nano-can book right now. I couldn’t get the dreamsicle just right so I had to make it over about 6 times to get the measurements correct. Even though I had to do it 6 times, I was able to get it completed in 1 weekend instead of 1 month! Enjoy to eBook!! and Thank you for the purchase.

  3. I won a copy of your canning book and just read the entire thing. I love the ideas that you present in the book. I love your ideas and very easy to follow. And I remember canning jam but the last time I canned I was 21 and in my mothers kitchen. It took all day. Since I am single this nano canning means I can start canning my favorite jams, ice cream toppings, and such again. Thanks so much for taking the time to write this wonderful book.

    • I’m so glad you like it! It’s a small book that’s easy to follow! I meant to do it that way. If you could, please go over to the amazon Kindle page and write a review………..I would really appreciate it! Thank you so much! Oh yes, we are putting together a 2nd canning book as we speak (should be on Amazon next week sometime) I did a MUCH better job of taking pictures as I have learned a lot! :) It’s all my specialty jams….like dreamsicle, candy apple, onion jam, stuff like that. Look for it!

    • One more thing…..I just looked at your FB page. It’s such a small world! I spent some time in Rock Springs Wy, back in the early 90′s…..such a beautiful place and the first place I ever was that it actually snowed in August!!!
